With no small print HDTV Installation is offering a lifetime warranty on all installation services bonded from BuySafe.

Here is how it works:

1.) You purchase Installation service from http://www.hdtvinstallation.com

2.) We install your HDTV or we install your home theater system.

3.) If anything goes wrong with how we installed your HDTV we will.

4.) Your service is bonded with BuySafe (check out the details in the BuySafe box on the left hand of the web site.) You must add the BuySafe Bond to your order at checkout.

1.) Any act of God that would require us to reinstall or troubleshoot the HDTV Installation service.

2.) Troubleshooting or fixing the HDTV Installation service if you moved the equipment and wiring in anyway.

3.) Structural issues with the location of the installation will not be covered by this warranty.

4.) Any hardware, wires, mounts, cables, remotes or anything other than service.  

Basically what is covered is the installation service we provided and only that service we are not responsible for anything outside our installation service or to fix anything that isn't caused by our installation service.

How do you request service:

1.) Contact us asking for a service call

2.) Provide us with a credit card for any charges that may come up that are not related to the service we provided. If we go out to your location and determine the issue was not due to our craftsmanship we will charge a service charge. The charge will be discussed at the time you are requesting service.

Note: It is at HDTV Installations sole discretion if a service call is covered under the warranty or if the issue was caused by something out of our control as outlined above.
